2. Eligibility

To use Twinly, you must:

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

3. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Post offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content
  • Harass, bully, or threaten other users

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you post on Twinly. However, by posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to:

  • Display your content within the app
  • Store and backup your content
  • Use your content for promotional purposes (with your permission)

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Twinly offers a premium subscription service called "Twinly Premium" through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., weekly, monthly, or annually) based on the plan selected.
  • Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play Store account settings.
  • Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or as determined by the respective app store's refund policy.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Harm other users or the community

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Twinly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of information, or specific results from using the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twinly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
